Shopping with Us

We’re so happy you’ve chosen Rooiboslief!
All our teas are lovingly packed and shipped from Cape Town, South Africa.
When you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment has been received.

Please make sure all your contact and delivery details are correct before checking out — we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect information.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa 🇿🇦

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
  • Delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your area.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every sip of Rooiboslief.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at orders@rooiboslief.co.za or info@rooiboslief.co.za

Because tea is a food product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund once we’ve reviewed your case.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Payment

All payments are processed securely through our online payment partners.
Rooiboslief does not store your banking details.
